I am an advocate for positive reinforcment and discipline. I look forward to our preschool program because it allows me the opportunity to expand my teaching and utilize the knowledge I gained from child development courses to better serve you and most importantly, your child. My ultimate goal is that your child is healthy, happy and learning while at Bellingham Bay so that when the time comes, they are ready for kindergarten. "

About Me

I have been the preschool teacher at Bellingham Bay for 4 years. I am a certified teacher in the state of Washington. I have a BA in Education, Birth-5 certification, and endorsements in Spanish and Physical Education. I am also a Mom of two children, ages 10 and 8. I taught in the public school system for 3 years before leaving to be a full-time Mom at home. When I returned to teaching, I was fortunate to be hired at Bellingham Bay as the preschool director/lead teacher and am thrilled and happy to be heading this program!
