Tuition & Make-Up Policy

1. Tuition is due the first week of the month for that month’s classes. You may lose your class spot if tuition is late.

2. If you will be taking a break from your class at the end of the month, please notify the front desk so we can fill the vacancy.

3. Prior notice of absence is required for make-ups. Please call ahead to schedule a make-up to ensure there is room in the class.

4. Make-up classes are only permitted if tuition is current. Make-ups cannot be carried into next month as “credits”.

5. Due to our liberal make-up policy, we don’t pro-rate for missed classes. If you know you’ll be missing a class, you may schedule your make-up prior to the missed class.

6. Please make-up classes in the month in which they are missed. If you cannot make-up in the month in which they are missed, you are allowed to make-up the following month only if you are an active member that month. Make-ups are not transferable from one session to the next.

7. Make-up classes are not transferable to other gym programs or events.

Class Information

Classes meet weekly. New students may join a class whenever we have an opening available. New Members may call to schedule a free class visit.

Membership Fee

There is an annual membership fee of $25 per family. This fee covers insurance, scheduling, and administrative overhead. The membership fee must be paid prior to class enrollment.

Registration

There is a limited enrollment in all classes. Tuition is due the first week of the month for that month's classes. Tuition may also be paid in advance for each session. You may lose your class spot if tuition is late. Please make checks payable to Bellingham Bay Gymnastics. There is a 10% family discount for each additional child enrolled.

Clothing

Please have your children wear loose, comfortable clothing. Girls may wear leotards. No socks or tights with feet, please. Jewelry is not permitted. Bellingham Bay Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Class Observation

Parents and their guests are always welcome observers and no advance notice is required. Guests of class members may participate in class if there is space available, and if the child is the appropriate age for the class. Please, only one visit per child.
